Winter camping! What better way to start the 2010 New Year by continuing a year-round outdoor program and kicking off the ‘100th Anniversary of Scouting’.  Troop 193 will be holding a winter camp out close to home, at Blackwell Forest Preserve on January 30-31, 2010 in Warrenville, IL, about 35 minutes from Schaumburg.  Ice fishing on Silver Lake, tubing the thrilling Mt. Hoy (elevation 836) & hiking will be the main events for this fun and safe outing.  See attached permission form for more details.
